🚚 Shipping Within Singapore

  • We currently ship within Singapore only

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Orders are delivered via trusted local courier partners

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.


💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or during checkout.


📍 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.

ELIHE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the parcel and affected items

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
